The ribbon has been cut. The trumpets have sounded. The city is now officially open! From this day onwards, Viviross Credits will be sold at their full price of $1.00 per credit. All retail and office space will be for rent, with each listing priced at 1 Credit per 24 hours. That's all you'll pay – Viviross takes no commission on sales. Best of all, time to cash in! Early Citizens will now be able to sell up to 90% of the Credits they accumulated during the pre-launch period back to Viviross at $0.50 per Credit.
STAGE TWO: MOVING IN
MARCH 1, 2018 – MAY 31, 2018
As of March 1st, citizens can start populating their stores and offices! You'll be able to add any listings you want during this moving-in stage, absolutely free. What's more, for the first 90 days after we launch, you'll continue to enjoy free store and office listings, as well as free entry to the business and private lounges. During this period, you'll also receive a 67% discount on any Viviross Credits you purchase, paying just $0.33 per Credit. After the launch in June, if you decide to cash in, you can sell up to 90% of your Credits back to Viviross, at a price of $0.50 per Credit, with a minimum profit of 51.5%. By the way, while you and your neighbors are moving in, no one can see anyone else's listings – they'll stay under wraps until the city officially opens.
STAGE THREE: POST-LAUNCH
